As a 15 year old, for-purpose child safeguarding organisation, we specialise in identifying gaps within systems, programs and organisations, and crafting tailored solutions that empower

children, their families, carers, and the dedicated staff who support them. By addressing challenges with agility and precision, we aim to create better opportunities and outcomes that resonate across sectors, and across generations. Operating as a social enterprise, we reinvest our efforts and success into communities to ensure sustainable, lasting change.

We are purpose driven, with our primary goal being to create positive social impact, rather than maximising profit. We use any profits generated to be reinvested into achieving our objectives, funding community projects, or supporting similar causes, rather than distributing them to shareholders.

Our aim is to focus on long-term sustainability and operate with independence from donations or long-term funding grants. We engage with and support our local community and specifically support marginalised groups both in the work we do and through the team itself – investing in women, people with disabilities, people with mental health and / or lived experience, LGBTQIA+ community members and those from culturally and linguistically diverse groups.
