RHealth and Social Care Solutions ~ Empowering Rural Mental Health with Co-Designed Practice Enhancement Program

Recently, we were in Chinchilla with RHealth to roll out our co-designed Practice Enhancement Program for rural mental health practitioners. 

This was the culmination of many months of work consulting with staff and service users to co-design bespoke workshops in Risk, Difficult Conversations, Fundamentals of Case Work and Professional Integrity in Record Keeping. 

Prior to the week in Chinchilla, our Training Development Lead travelled to Toowoomba and trained subject matter experts to co-facilitate the training, making sure the rural and remote mental health organisation is able to drive the Practice Enhancement Program now and into the future.
