Introducing Christina

Christina joined SCS in 2000 as an Independent Specialist Assessor. Prior to joining SCS, Christina worked in the public sector for over 20 years, seven in specified social worker roles and the remainder in management roles within human service agencies. Christina's work with a wide and varied range of people, including those living in homelessness, with a mental illness and/or disability, survivors of domestic and family violence and children and families connected to child protection and youth justice systems, gave her a deep appreciation of the value of working in partnership with other services.



Christina’s passion for high quality outcomes for children and young people shone through her assessment work, however her need to contribute to systems-level capacity building saw her quickly move into the Project Lead role with SCS. At the end of 2023, Christina was promoted to Business Development Manager, a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.



This new role celebrates Christina's experience in policy development, project management and corporate governance, combined with her strong, proven commitment to excellence, quality, integrity and innovation, key Social Care Solutions values.



Christina is committed to ensuring her professional social work values and skills remain at the forefront of her work, believing learning from and supporting team members who deliver front line services is critical to quality service delivery.



Christina holds the mission, culture and values of Social Care Solutions in high regard and is committed to delivering excellence in service to children, young people and their caregivers.
