Christina joined SCS in 2000 as an Independent Specialist Assessor. Prior to joining SCS, Christina worked in the public sector for over 20 years, seven in specified social worker roles and the remainder in management roles within human service agencies. Christina's work with a wide and varied range of people, including those living in homelessness, with a mental illness and/or disability, survivors of domestic and family violence and children and families connected to child protection and youth justice systems, gave her a deep appreciation of the value of working in partnership with other services.
Christina’s passion for high quality outcomes for children and young people shone through her assessment work, however her need to contribute to systems-level capacity building saw her quickly move into the Project Lead role with SCS. At the end of 2023, Christina was promoted to Business Development Manager, a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
