Service Description
LEAD – Leadership, Excellence and Development is designed for leaders and emerging leaders across the human services sector. The program focuses on practical skills supporting participants to strengthen their confidence, communication, and ability to guide others through change and complexity. Topics include understanding and adapting to different communication styles, effective delegation, managing organisational stress, motivating individuals and teams, addressing performance issues and having difficult conversations, and leading through change. Through discussion, reflection, and skill development, participants will deepen their understanding of what effective leadership looks like in people-focused services—balancing accountability with empathy, and outcomes with wellbeing. Workshop Includes: - One full-day in-person workshop - 10th June - Two online coaching workshops - 8th July & 5th August
