Lisa is a registered Psychologist who has over 12 years experience working with children and young people and their families, in the family support, grief and loss, domestic violence, child protection and mental health sectors. Within these areas, Lisa has worked in various roles including family support worker, family counsellor, program manager and psychologist.
Throughout her career, Lisa has had an interest in working with children and young people who have experienced developmental trauma, which includes working with their parents and carers to support them throughout their journey. Lisa works within a therapeutic framework which is trauma-informed and strengths-based, as well as being informed by attachment theory, ecological theory and family systems theory.
