Rachelle has been working with children and families for over 15 years in a range of roles across the education, training and child protection sectors. Rachelle has spent the last ten years working predominantly in management roles across non-government agencies in residential, foster and intensive care programs including those covering large geographical service areas. Rachelle’s practice stems from a strengths based and client centred approach with a focus on building capacity through support, training and development. Rachelle is passionate about permanency planning stemming from the theoretical frameworks of attachment theory and child development principles.
